Hello girls, I have prepared a crêpe recipe, today, we celebrate the candlemas, in France we make crêpe for this day, this celebration that makes young and old people happy. You can make tasty crêpe with not too much calories.
Ingrédients (serves 4 people)
- 200g wholemeal flour
- 2 eggs
- 20cl almond milk
- 20cl water
- Vanilla flavour, coconut… (optional)
Mix the flour and eggs, add the milk with the water and the flavour.
Mix until smooth.
Oil the crêpe pan with a paper towel
Pour some batter and cook for a few minutes each side
Some ideas for a healthy and light garnish dish
- Fruits (stamberry, bananas, peach…)
- Almond, nuts…
- Fruit Compote without added sugar or it is better homemade
- Agave syrup
